Still want to offer paid service, why I am not at the origin of the problem, I did not done anything who might creates the problem, and asking help on the server which send errors (PLESK, that I did not touch !!)
Our support team offered paid support because your VPS is a Customer Managed VPS and as such is priced accordingly. In reviewing the ticket I can see our support team provided assistance with commands to run in order to fix the Plesk errors and did provide the correct commands for you to run to fix the issue. With customer Managed servers the customer provides the administration of the OS and all software, including Plesk. You have Plesk support at your disposal for assistance or you can choose to pay our hosting experts to resolve the issue. Blanket policies cripple legitimate business practices. I get that policing this takes time, but that's the nature of business. Exceptions should be made when intent can easily be provided.
